VIII. Check yourself reading the psychologist’s recommendations
Instead of running from your anxiety, greet it. Firstly, give yourself a sense of agency. For example, you can take a breath. Secondly, don’t be afraid of forgetting anything. Follow the map, the “what-so what-now what” structure. The structure will help you to hold the audience, they will value from what you say.
IX. Watch the video and think of your own video with the tips of advice to help your classmates avoid anxiety
